Our return policy allows you to return items purchased within the last 30 days, provided they meet the following criteria:
Items must be in original condition and unworn/unused.
Products must be free from odors, perfumes, and pet hair.
Clearance, Hot Market/Special Event, and Customized/Embroidered-To-Order items are not eligible for return.

How to Start a Return

Submit your return request through the portal.
Once your request is approved, you’ll receive a prepaid return label via email.
Important Information
All returns must be approved and use our company-issued return shipping label to ensure proper tracking and processing.
Items sent back without approval may experience delays or be rejected.
