Return Policy
Customers may return qualifying online orders within 30 days from the item’s ship date.

Return Eligibility

• Items must be in their original condition, unworn/unused, free from odors, perfumes, and pet hair.
• Original tags and labels must be attached.
• Items that do not meet these criteria will be donated to charity and will not be refunded.

Refunds

• Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment or as store credit.
• Final sale items (marked as sale without a promo code) cannot be returned for any reason.

Important Return Information

• Return Fee: A $9.99 return fee applies to cover shipping costs. This fee is waived if you choose store credit.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• If the return is due to our error, we will cover the $9.99 return label fee.
• Return requests must be made within 30 days of the item’s ship date.
• Returns must be postmarked within 35 days of the ship date. Returns postmarked after this period will not be accepted or refunded.

Non-Returnable Items

• Customized or embroidered-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned.
• Hot market and dated items (e.g., Winter Classic, Super Bowl, World Series, Postseason, Holidays) are final sale and cannot be returned.
• Unauthorized returns (items sent without approval, a provided shipping label, or purchased elsewhere) will not be accepted or returned.

Multiple Returns & Complimentary Return Labels

Complimentary prepaid return labels are provided for qualifying store credit returns. If multiple returns, exchanges, or replacement orders stem from the same original order, Gameday Detroit reserves the right to limit the number of complimentary return labels provided.

A complimentary return label provided for a previous store credit return does not guarantee that additional complimentary return labels will be provided for subsequent returns related to the same original order. Additional returns may require the customer to arrange and pay for return shipping.

Gameday Detroit also reserves the right to limit or decline returns from customers with an excessive or unusual return history.
