Return Policy
Customers may return qualifying online orders within 30 days from the item’s ship date.
Return Eligibility
- Items must be in their original condition, unworn/unused, free from odors, perfumes, and pet hair.
- Original tags and labels must be attached.
- Items that do not meet these criteria will be donated to charity and will not be refunded.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment or as store credit.
- Final sale items (marked as sale without a promo code) cannot be returned for any reason.
Important Return Information
- Return Fee: A $9.99 return fee applies to cover shipping costs. This fee is waived if you choose store credit.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- If the return is due to our error, we will cover the $9.99 return label fee.
- Return requests must be made within 30 days of the item’s ship date.
- Returns must be postmarked within 35 days of the ship date. Returns postmarked after this period will not be accepted or refunded.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or embroidered-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Hot market and dated items (e.g., Winter Classic, Super Bowl, World Series, Postseason, Holidays) are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Unauthorized returns (items sent without approval, a provided shipping label, or purchased elsewhere) will not be accepted or returned.
