What do I do if my item(s) arrives damaged or defective?Updated 21 days ago

If your item arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.

  • Please include photos of the item and, if applicable, the packaging it arrived in. This helps us file a claim with the shipping carrier or address manufacturer issues.

  • Once reviewed, we will work with you to replace the item or issue a refund, depending on availability.

Important: Please report damaged or defective items within a week of delivery. Failure to report within this timeframe may limit our ability to assist.
