If your item arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.

Please include photos of the item and, if applicable, the packaging it arrived in. This helps us file a claim with the shipping carrier or address manufacturer issues.
Once reviewed, we will work with you to replace the item or issue a refund, depending on availability.
Important: Please report damaged or defective items within a week of delivery. Failure to report within this timeframe may limit our ability to assist.
