My order was marked delivered but it’s not here.Updated 4 months ago

If your order status shows delivered but you haven’t received the package yet, please try the following steps:

Check Around Your Home

  • If no one was home at the time of delivery, the carrier may have left your package in a safe location such as a porch, garage, or side door.

  • Look around your property carefully to see if it was placed somewhere out of immediate sight.

Check With Neighbors or Building Management

  • Sometimes carriers leave packages with neighbors, a building concierge, or property management for safekeeping.

  • Please check with them to see if they have your package.

Verify Your Shipping Address

  • Double-check the shipping address listed in your order confirmation email to ensure your order was sent to the correct location.

Allow Additional Time

  • Occasionally, packages may be marked as delivered before they actually arrive. In some cases, delivery status updates can appear early.

Contact the Carrier

  • If you still cannot locate your package, please contact the shipping carrier directly for more detailed tracking information or to file a claim.

  • Note: If the package cannot be found, an investigation with the carrier will need to be initiated to start a lost package claim.

Important Notice

  • Packages stolen from the property after delivery are not covered by Gameday Detroit or the carrier. Please take necessary precautions to secure your deliveries.
