If your order status shows delivered but you haven’t received the package yet, please try the following steps:
Check Around Your Home
If no one was home at the time of delivery, the carrier may have left your package in a safe location such as a porch, garage, or side door.
Look around your property carefully to see if it was placed somewhere out of immediate sight.
Check With Neighbors or Building Management
Sometimes carriers leave packages with neighbors, a building concierge, or property management for safekeeping.
Please check with them to see if they have your package.
Verify Your Shipping Address
Double-check the shipping address listed in your order confirmation email to ensure your order was sent to the correct location.
Allow Additional Time
Occasionally, packages may be marked as delivered before they actually arrive. In some cases, delivery status updates can appear early.
Contact the Carrier
If you still cannot locate your package, please contact the shipping carrier directly for more detailed tracking information or to file a claim.
Note: If the package cannot be found, an investigation with the carrier will need to be initiated to start a lost package claim.
Important Notice
Packages stolen from the property after delivery are not covered by Gameday Detroit or the carrier. Please take necessary precautions to secure your deliveries.
