What do I do if I receive the wrong item in my order?Updated 4 months ago

We’re sorry to hear that you received the wrong item in your order! To help us resolve this as quickly as possible, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our Customer Service team with details about your order issue.

  2. Include a photo of the item you received.

  3. Provide the name of the missing item(s) you were expecting.

  4. Double-check the package for any notes or packing slips—sometimes items are shipped separately.

A prepaid return label will be provided for you to send the incorrect item back. Please ensure all tags and stickers remain on the item, and return it in the same condition as you received it.

Please note: The incorrect item must be returned before we can mail a replacement.

While we will do our best to resolve the issue, we may not be able to guarantee an exact replacement if the item is out of stock. Rest assured, we’ll work with you to find the best possible solution.
